Our Guarantee and Refund Policy
We guarantee you will have a high quality and fresh Christmas tree delivered to your home or business. If, for any reason you feel unsatisfied, (even if it is because you do not like the shape!) if you contact us within 24 hours of delivery we will offer a replacement or refund with no quibbles.
We must be able to collect the tree in the same condition it was delivered, for a replacement or refund - i.e we cannot replace or refund any trees that have been trimmed or cut in any way.
